The two day conference on Heritage of Jammu & Kashmir concluded at G.G.M. Science College, Jammu. A galaxy of eminent academicians, researchers, intellectuals and experts from different fields related to different aspects of Heritage presented their talk in the 2nd day of the conference. The prominent speakers who presented their research papers were Prof. B.L. Bhardwaj, Former Principal, GDC Kathua, Prof. P.K. Shrivastva, Department of Geology, University of Jammu, Prof. Anita Billoweria, Director Central for History and Culture of Jammu & Ladakh Region, Mr. Abhimanyu Billoweria, Director Communication County, Chairman, The Royal Trust of NLP, Dr. Raj. Kumar, DGM, Geologist, Dr. Rajnesh Khajuria, & Dr. Mrinalini Atrey, Law School, University of Jammu, Dr. Neeraj Sharma from Bhaderwah University Campus, Bhaderwah gave extensive and elaborate presentation on Heritage of Jammu & Kashmir and the challenges related to the conservation and preservation of the same.
Dr. Ajeet Angral, Principal of the college congratulated the organizing committee for the successful conduct of the programme and ask the committee members to prepare for more such events and he also said that the entire proceedings of the conference will be published in the form of a book under the editorial guidance of Prof. Shalini Rana.
