Placement Drive held, 5 Graduate Students placed in TA Digital as Trainee Quality Engineers

Government Gandhi Memorial Science College organized an online placement drive for pass out Graduate Students across the colleges of Jammu Division with TA Digital, Newark, California, United States, an innovative digital transformation agency, delivering digital experience, commerce and AI solutions for the position of Trainee Quality Engineer with Job Band A1. A total of 221 pass out graduates from various Graduate streams appeared in an online written test out of which 23 candidates were shortlisted for technical interview and HR round. A total of 5 (five) candidates were finally selected for the job namely Shriya Mahajan, Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu. Diksha Dhar, Women college Gandhi Nagar, Cluster University of Jammu. Jatin Sharma, University of Jammu, Jammu. Kajol Mankotia, Women college Gandhi Nagar, Cluster University of Jammu, Jammu. Tarun Singh GCET, Jammu. Above candidates have been selected for the position of Trainee Quality Engineer, with Job Band A1, at Company's Hyderabad Office. During their probation cum training period, the annual CTC (Cost to Company) will be Rs. 3.65 Lacs-pa. On successful completion of probation cum training period, they will be Associate Quality Engineers with Job Band A2. The annual total compensation would be revised to Rs. 4,40 Lacs Pa/-. TA Digital has offices in Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jammu, Metro Detroit, San Francisco, Southern California and Toronto. Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Ravinder Kumar Tickoo the placement drive was coordinated by Dr. Kumar Sourabh (Sr. Assistant Professor Department of Computer Science and Dr. Devinder Kumar Sharma (Sr. Assistant Professor, Dept. of Physiscs) of GGM Science college, Ms Priya paul (HRM) TA Digital and Mr. Vinay Srikant (HRM) TA Digital.
