Seven days NSS special camp commenced at GGM Science College, Jammu in which NSS volunteers from both the NSS units under the leadership of their respective NSS Programme Officers Dr. Rajinder Singh and Dr. Vinod Bakshi. In the inaugural function Prof. (Dr.) Ajeet Angral, Principal of the college was the chief guest. In his inaugural address, Prof. Ajeet Angral advised the students to join and participate in various routine/special camping activities organized by the NSS units of the college. The principal of the college encouraged the volunteers to participate in different national service activities which are important in a country like India, where the youth can play an important role in further strengthening the environment of peace, prosperity, oneness, brotherhood, commitment and dedication.The inaugural programme concluded with the presentation of the vote of thanks by Dr. Vinod Bakshi, NSS programme officer. Later on the NSS volunteers undertook the campus cleanliness drive under the leadership their programme officers.
