Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, Commissioner/Secretary to the Govt. of J&K, Higher Education Department visited G.G.M Science College. He was received and welcomed by students and staff of the college. Dr. Samoon interacted with representatives of various banks who have arranged their canopies in the campus for encouraging cashless economy by mobile banking. He discussed with the bank representatives for providing incentives to students and arrange some lectures related to banking for the students in the college.He asked the heads of the different colleges to provide DPR for herbal garden within one week and design course and prepare its syllabus for three year degree course within two weeks. Dr. Samoon directed Mr. Manzoor Javiad, Nodal Officer, School Herbal Garden Project, DSE, Kashmir to organize an exhibition of herbal plants on 17th of January, 2017 at G.G.M Science College, Jammu.
